Refund Policy - the basics

Booking Changes and Cancellations • Customers may cancel or reschedule a service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a late‑cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• Missed appointments or no‑shows may be charged the full service fee.

Refunds • Refunds are issued only if the service was not performed or if an unavoidable company‑side issue prevents completion of the work.
• If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will offer a re‑service or partial refund at our discretion after reviewing the issue.
• Completed services are non‑refundable, but we will make every reasonable effort to correct any concerns.

Deposits • Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance.

Weather‑Related or Safety‑Related Cancellations • If a service must be canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors outside of our control, you will not be charged.
